Timothy is an attorney in Foley & Mansfield's Miami Office. For the past 12 years, he has focused his practice in the areas of products liability, toxic tort litigation, construction and premises liability litigation, personal injury litigation, and medical malpractice.
He has successfully defended liability claims for some of the world’s largest product, equipment and chemical manufacturers. Further, Timothy has successfully defended claims alleging asbestos, benzene, and mold exposure.
In addition to his focus on product liability and toxic tort litigation, Timothy has successfully defended construction defect litigation claims on behalf of architects, mechanical engineers, and various subcontracting trades in both residential/condominium buildings and commercial buildings, including cases involving multi level post tension structures.
Timothy received his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 1997. While in law school, he participated in the Civil and Criminal Trial Institute Competitions. Timothy received an Honorable Mention at the Criminal Trial Institute Competition in 1996. He earned his B.A. in 1994 from the State University of New York in Stony Brook, where he was on the Dean's List, a member of Phi Alpha Delta and a Student Ambassador.
In addition to serving as Vice Chair of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee, 17th Judicial District, Timothy has served as a board member of Kids in New Directions (KIND), an Investigative Member of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee, and is currently a Faculty Advisor Board Member of the Nova Southeastern University's Paralegal Program.
Timothy is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
