Rochelle is an attorney working in Foley & Mansfield’s San Francisco office in the area of Toxic Tort and Mass Tort Litigation. Before joining Foley & Mansfield she worked as an attorney at another San Francisco law firm where she defended numerous corporations in product liability, premises liability and toxic tort cases. She gained experience handling an extensive number of cases by preparing cases for trial; making trial, pre-trial, case management, and settlement conference appearances; taking hundreds of expert, plaintiff, and percipient witness depositions; drafting discovery; and drafting and arguing motions.

Rochelle graduated phi beta kappa from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000 and then continued on to the University of California, Hastings College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2003. While in law school, Rochelle was a member of the Hastings Women’s Law Journal, Co-President of the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California, a small claims mediator in the San Francisco Superior Court, and judicial extern to the Honorable Edward M. Chen of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. In 2001, she was the recipient of both the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California Scholarship and the Asian American Bar Association Scholarship.
