Lori is a partner in Foley & Mansfield’s Oakland office. She is an experienced litigator as part of the Toxic Tort and Mass Tort Litigation practice group, with an emphasis on asbestos litigation. Lori manages the litigation for various clients including manufacturers, distributors, contractors and premises owners, helping to formulate pre-trial, resolution, trial, and post-trial strategies. Lori’s trial experience includes a defense verdict in a mesothelioma case where she served as second-chair. She successfully argued the appeal in the same case at the California Court of Appeal, Division One.
