Jennifer practices in the areas of construction law, product liability, and toxic tort and mass tort litigation. She currently manages a serious malignancy caseload from initial discovery through resolution for contractors, manufacturers, suppliers and mining defendants. She has second and third chaired several trials on behalf of clients in these industries.

Her experience prior to joining Foley & Mansfield includes time as a sole practitioner and as a senior associate and member of the management committee with another local firm. She has conducted caseloads from initial discovery through pre-trial motions and voir dire in complex product liability litigation for contractor, premises, manufacturer and supplier clients. She has regularly acted as lead counsel in complex litigation depositions.

She has lectured to groups of insurer representatives on issues related to asbestos litigation in California.
