Elizabeth focuses her practice primarily in the area of toxic tort and mass tort litigation. In addition to her experience defending asbestos litigation claims, she has had experience representing defendants in construction defect matters, immigration, auto accident claims and administrative hearings before the Department of Real Estate.
While attending law school, Elizabeth worked as a paralegal assisting with the management of a large client, trial preparation, and supervising other paralegals. Elizabeth also has extensive experience as a small business owner.

Community Service
Elizabeth serves as Treasurer for the Association of Parent and Teachers’ at Oakland School for the Arts and as a parent representative of the Oakland School for the Arts’ Dance. She also incorporated the Oakland School for the Arts' Association of Parent and Teacher, as well as worked on drafting the by-laws.
Pro Bono
Elizabeth serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate volunteer and a Child Visitation Supervisor in Contra Costa County. She represented a autistic minor against the Lafayette Unified School District to establish the child's rights to receive additional classes and one-on-one aid in efforts to mainstream his educational needs.
