Dennis is an experienced trial attorney, with over 20 years of litigation experience. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial, construction and premises liability in addition to toxic torts. In his commercial litigation practice he focuses specifically in the areas of real property and mortgage disputes, commercial and government contracts, and lender liability defense. He has also represented contractors, sub-contractors, and product manufacturers in defense of residential and commercial construction claims.

Dennis has been involved in over 40 jury trials to verdict, with a very successful track record. Most recently, seven of his last ten jury trials have resulted in defense verdicts.

Beyond the courtroom, Dennis has been involved as lead counsel in numerous arbitrations and mediations. Additionally, he has provided clients with legal strategies geared toward avoiding litigation while leading to highly favorable outcomes. He has also tried cases as plaintiff’s counsel, giving him valuable insight and knowledge in evaluating a case from the defense perspective. For each of the past ten years, Dennis has achieved the highest possible Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review rating for legal ability and ethical standards.

Before joining Foley & Mansfield, Dennis worked as a Deputy District Attorney for the County of Los Angeles and a Senior Trial Attorney for Allstate.
