Tiffany is an attorney in the Los Angeles office. She focuses her civil practice in the areas of business and commercial litigation and transactions.

Tiffany has extensive experience in civil litigation defense, having represented clients in state and federal courts in complex business litigation, construction litigation, real property matters, personal injury defense, and employment law matters. Tiffany represents several commercial lenders and financial institutions with respect to commercial and residential mortgage lending, real property issues, fraud claims, contract disputes and claims of state and federal law violations. She has defended architects and engineers in various construction defect matters and claim of delay, malpractice, personal injury and violations of the ADA.

Tiffany assists her regional business and individual clients in formation, operation, and dissolution of businesses, partnerships and closely-held corporations. She also prepares estate planning documents for business and individual clients alike. Tiffany works closely with her clients' financial advisors, tax planners and other financial professionals to ensure that all of her clients' legal needs are addressed in a comprehensive manner.

In addition to her trial experience, she has also argued various matters before the California Court of Appeal and is skilled in arbitration, mediation, and the deposing of expert and percipient witnesses.
