Nancy focuses her practice in the area of toxic tort and mass tort litigation. Prior to joining Foley & Mansfield, Nancy gained experience working as a law clerk in a complex litigation firm, a document reviewer in a complex trade secret and partnership dispute law suit, and as a benefits advisor for the U.S. Department of Labor – Employee Benefits Security Administration.

While a student at Hastings College of Law, Nancy served as an editor for the Hastings Women’s Law Journal, Admissions Chair for LEOP and Board Officer for La Raza Law Student Association She completed externships in the San Francisco Criminal Court and the Alameda District Attorney’s Office – Law and Motion Division. She was also a teacher’s assistant in criminal procedure. Nancy founded and served as Communications Chair of the Latino Pre-Law Society while attending University of California, Berkeley.
