Morgan practices in the areas of toxic tort and mass litigation, commercial law and litigation, general liability and civil litigation, and product liability. Prior to joining Foley & Mansfield, Morgan was an associate at a prominent defense firm in Los Angeles, where he represented clients in a variety of complex matters, including Insurance Frauds Prevention Act, unfair competition, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. Morgan also has substantial general civil litigation experience related to products liability, business litigation, and employment. In law school, Morgan was the editor of the Communications and Entertainment Law Journal and volunteered at the Civil Justice Clinic.
