Frank is an attorney in Foley & Mansfield’s Los Angeles office. He is a member of the Firm’s Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and Commercial Litigation teams.
 
Frank regularly represents manufacturers, suppliers and distributors in a variety of product liability litigation, including exposure to asbestos, silica, benzene, and formaldehyde.  Frank's commercial litigation practice focuses on financial services litigation involving wrongful foreclosure and mortgage fraud claims as well as breach of contract claims.  Frank also has represented a variety of types of businesses against personal injury/premises liability claims. He has extensive experience representing diverse clients ranging from small business owners, multi-national corporations, both private and publicly traded, and individual shareholders.
 
Frank graduated cum laude from the University of MiamiSchool of Law in 2006, where he was a member of the University of MiamiInter-American Law Review and International Moot Court.  He received his undergraduate degree fromWashington & Lee University in 1996. 
 
Frank serves as a volunteer attorney for HALSA, HIV & AID Legal Services Alliance, where he assists individuals disabled by HIV and AIDS who are seeking debt relief.
