Carley practices commercial, product liability, and toxic tort and mass tort litigation from the firm’s Los Angeles office. Before joining Foley & Mansfield as an associate, Carley clerked at the firm assisting with business and insurance litigation.

In a recent case involving environmental cleanup, Carley utilized her chemistry knowledge—she holds a B.S. in biochemistry—to analyze the technology in question and interpret the scientific data, while employing legal analysis to determine statute of limitation issues and identify other parties that were responsible for the alleged injury. The end result was favorable to our client.

In her free time, Carley enjoys making jewelry and rock climbing. She also speaks conversational Cantonese.
