Brenda practices in the areas of products liability, toxic tort and mass tort litigation, general liability and civil litigation.  She has represented manufacturers and business owners in high-risk asbestos, personal injury, and product liability cases.

Brenda has gained significant trial experience in asbestos cases as well as other toxic tort matters in both state and federal courts, including successfully defending a client in a federal complex environmental case.  She has also handled all stages of litigation for various manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors for products liability cases.

Brenda serves as a legal advisor to a developing international company that designs and promots environmentally sustainable practices in the public and private sector.  She is also professionally certified in the area of poverty law.
