Scott practices in the areas of commercial law and litigation, construction law, insurance coverage and litigation, product liability, toxic tort and mass tort litigation. He has an extensive background litigating and advising on a variety of matters, and has specialized in commercial litigation, toxic tort litigation, and insurance coverage litigation. He has over nineteen years of experience in litigation representing clients in the areas of commercial litigation, construction, products liability, premises liability, and toxic torts. His commercial litigation experience has focused specifically in the areas of real estate, real property, commercial contract, and general business disputes. He has handled trials, arbitrations, mediations/settlement conferences, and appeals for hundred of clients ranging from individuals to large corporations.

He has provided business and legal advice to corporate clients and has presented seminars to various companies and clients on the subjects of asbestos litigation, California law and motion practice, personal injury medical issues, professional negligence claims, commercial and residential real estate matters, and general lawsuit avoidance.
