Kyle brings more than 25 years of legal experience, and oversees the firm's extensive asbestos defense work for dozens of clients. Kyle focuses his practice in the areas of toxic torts and mass litigation, product liability, environmental law, insurance coverage and litigation, construction law, and general liability and civil litigation.

Kyle has successfully resolved thousands of asbestos cases and has tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts in Minnesota and North Dakota. In addition to asbestos-related cases, he has tried cases involving construction defect, personal injury, and toxic poisoning.

In addition to his legal experience, Kyle brings outstanding negotiating skills to his clients’ defense. He directs the firm’s attorneys in seeking cost-effective resolution of client matters. He and the firm’s attorneys often bring parties together to resolve claims before they evolve into expensive, time-consuming legal battles. He provides clients exceptional legal strategies and defense. When warranted, he also has the experience and knowledge to try cases.

Kyle has achieved the highest possible Martindale-Hubbell rating for the highest level of legal ability and adherence to professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence. Kyle has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a top Minnesota attorney for seven years.
