Nick represents contractors, manufacturers, distributors and retailers in cases involving exposure to asbestos, diacetyl and benzene. Although toxic tort litigation often involves handling dozens or hundreds of cases at a time, Nick brings a detailed and personalized approach to each case, working closely with the client to meet their goals. Through this approach, Nick has successfully resolved hundreds of cases.
