The American Indian Law Practice Group at Foley & Mansfield evolved from a genuine desire to protect and promote our country's native Indian tribes and the rich culture and traditions of Native American peoples.
The Group is comprised of attorneys who have specialized knowledge and experience representing and advising tribal governments on various aspects of sovereignty, employment and labor issues, land use and natural resources, real estate and governance. We are also experienced in represented individuals seeking tribal enrollment, and members faced with disenrollment.

KEEPSEAGLE SETTLEMENT: The American Indian Law Practice Group has been selected to provide legal services to Keepseagle Settlement Fund Track B Claimants in the following states: California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Wisconsin and Washington. The Keepseagle v. Vilsack lawsuit involved claims by thousands of Native American farmers and ranchers regarding the United States Department of Agriculture's lending practices.
