Participating in a new program can come with questions. Here we have provided the most frequently asked questions about the FM Employment Connection Program. Q: How do I get access to the FM Employment Connection?
A: Simply call the Foley & Mansfield office at 248.721.4200 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or e-mail us at econnect@foleymansfield.com. The receptionist will connect you with one of the Employment Connection attorneys.
Q:What happens when my call is answered?
A: When you identify yourself as an Employment Connection client, you will be connected to one of the Employment Connection attorneys. If an attorney is unavailable, we will take your question and information and you will be contacted as soon as we are able.
Q:Will the attorney answer my question right away?
A: Most of the time your employment issue or concern can be addressed during the phone call.If, for some reason, your question cannot be answered immediately and requires research, the Employment Connection attorney will discuss the options available through our firm with you.
Q:Who will have access to the FM Employment Connection?
A: The company can designate up to two representatives who are authorized to utilize the Employment Connection.
Q:Is my call confidential?
A: Yes, when you become an FM Employment Connection client, you become a client of Foley & Mansfield and your call is confidential. When the subject matter of the call involves possible litigation or exposure on the part of the company, the communication will be subject to attorney/client privilege.
Q:What if I no longer wish to participate?
A: If you no longer wish to participate in this program, simply contact one of the Employment Connection attorneys and so indicate.
