/ Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a self starter who will put their generalist background of
benefit and payroll administration to excellent use. The Human Resource/Payroll
Specialist will provide support to the Human Resources Department and report to
the Human Resources Manager. The areas of concentration are:
payroll, benefits, project management, employee files and other duties as
assigned.
The successful candidate will have Bachelor or Associates Degree in Business
or related field. 2+ years relevant experience including processing a payroll
for 200+ employees, ADP experienced preferred. Excellent interpersonal,
communication and Microsoft Excel skills are a must. Must have strong
attention to detail and be able to maintain a high level of accuracy to exercise
sound judgment and confidentiality while handling complex benefit issues.
Excellent long term and short term planning skills to coordinate projects.
