Attorney Gerald Bren presents at October 9, 2009 DRI Annual Meeting
Gerald (“Jerry”)
Bren, a partner in Foley & Mansfield’s Minneapolis office, was a faculty presenter at the DRI 2009 Annual Meeting in Chicago, Illinois. Jerry and his panel of experts presented the topic, “The Greening of America – New Issues in Construction and Insurance Litigation.” The seminar discussion addressed issues and potential claims arising out of green building practices and the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
