Century Innovator for its Detroit
FM Employment Connection program. The program offers employers an affordable way to discuss and solve potential
employment and labor law problems with an attorney.
Foley & Mansfield attorneys
John Holmquist and
Gregory M. Meihn developed the program earlier
this year. It is designed to help employers understand and manage the legal
changes that a new presidential administration – and a dour economy – were
bringing to the labor landscape.
The criteria for being named a 21st Century Innovator include a firm’s
innovative approach in the following areas: response to client needs, employee
long-term retention, flex-time, technology and recruitment. The judges also look
at each firm’s life-work balance equation, technology advancements, and overall
firm culture.
