Foley & Mansfield Detroit Office Honored as a 21st Century Innovator

On September 10, 2008, Foley & Mansfield’s Detroit office was one of 21 Michigan law firms recognized for innovative thinking in attracting and retaining young professionals. This new 2008 program called “21st Century Innovators” was sponsored by the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan and Michigan Lawyers Weekly. Criteria for being named a 21st Century Innovator included a firm’s innovative approach in the following areas; long-term retention, flex-time, technology and recruitment. 21st Century Innovator judges also looked at each firm’s life-work balance equation, technology advancements, and overall firm culture.
