Stephen Chuck Obtains Favorable Judgment after Court Trial

On August 5, 2008, Stephen Chuck, a partner in the Los Angeles office, obtained a judgment after court trial in the amount of $341,200 in favor of plaintiff Michael Barton against defendants Round One Investments and its principal, John Robison, for breach of a financial consulting agreement.  The result was particularly notable to Mr. Chuck and his client, as they successfully pierced the corporate veil and established alter ego liability against the principal of Round One Investments.
