Stephen Foley to speak at National Asbestos Litigation Conference
MINNEAPOLIS (January 26, 2007) - Founding partner of national litigation firm
Foley & Mansfield,
Stephen J. Foley, will be speaking at the upcoming Asbestos Litigation
Conference entitled: Peripheral No More, Part II – The Increasing Prominence of
Equipment, Joint Compound, Automotive and Consumer Product Claims. The
conference will be held in Beverly Hills, California on March 1-2, 2007.
With more than 20 years of litigation experience, Foley focuses his practice on
product liability litigation, including toxic torts, as well as commercial
litigation. He has tried cases in California, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota,
New York, South Dakota, Texas, West Virginia and Wisconsin, and handled
litigation in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, North
Dakota and Tennessee. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the
Northern California Association of Defense Counsel, the Minnesota Defense
Lawyers Association, as well as the California, Minnesota, and Wisconsin Bars.
He received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1984.
