Toxic Tort Defense Team Joins
the St. Louis Office of Foley & Mansfield, P.L.L.P.
St. Louis, Missouri (April 20, 2006) — The law firm of Foley & Mansfield
is pleased to announce the addition of a pre-eminent
toxic tort defense team to its St. Louis law office. The incoming attorneys,
Daniel G. Donahue, C. Raymond Bell, and Robert S. Sanderson, are formerly
of the law firm of Herzog Crebs, LLP and are
accompanied by an experienced team of litigation professionals, including
paralegals and administrative support personnel. The
team will add significant depth of talent to the firm’s insurance
defense practice.

Donahue has a national client base in defense litigation with an
emphasis in asbestos and other toxic tort litigation.
He also has extensive experience in complex product liability litigation. He has
defended numerous cases involving wrongful death and catmn-web1phic
injuries. He brings 20 years of experience as a trial
attorney, with bench and trial jury experience in both state and federal courts
in Missouri and Southern Illinois, including Madison
County, Illinois. Donahue earned his J.D. with honors
from the St. Louis University School of Law in 1986.
Bell has significant experience in insurance defense and insurance
coverage litigation, as well as commercial litigation.
He has successfully tried many cases to verdict in federal and state trial and
appellate courts in Missouri and Illinois. He is a 1989 graduate of
Southern Illinois University School of Law and is
admitted to practice in both Missouri and Illinois.
Sanderson focuses his practice in defense litigation and insurance
coverage issues, particularly in the areas of toxic
tort and asbestos litigation. He is admitted to practice in Missouri as well as
Indiana. Sanderson received his J.D. with
honors from Notre Dame Law School in South Bend, Indiana.
