Litigation Firm Foley & Mansfield Named as Local Counsel for Official Committee
of Unsecured Creditors in Mesaba Aviation, Inc. Bankruptcy
Minneapolis, MN (December 14, 2005) – Thomas Lallier, a Foley & Mansfield
partner, has been named as local counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured
Creditors in the Mesaba Aviation, Inc. bankruptcy case. National counsel is
Squire, Sanders & Dempsey. Lallier focuses his practice on creditor's rights in
business reorganization and banking law and represents financial institutions in
working out troubled loans and in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He is a member of
the American Bankruptcy Institute and is past chair of the Local Rules Committee
for the Bankruptcy Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
